Krystal Thompson, Managing Broker and licensed REALTOR®, is also our Principal Stager. She has an impeccable sense of style and is known for always keeping it real. Her background in marketing and mortgage consulting were the perfect springboard for real estate. She received the 5280 Rising Star Award in 2019 and is a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE). Krystal has a natural instinct for contracts and the endless details of real estate. Her staging skills are also remarkable and the home staging arm of our business has grown at a rapid rate to keep up with demand. Krystal lives in Littleton with her husband and their dog Bianca, a Majestic White Akbash Mix, and loves cooking gourmet meals at home, dining out at Denver’s best restaurants, and shopping at HomeGoods when she’s not busy negotiating contracts.

Liz Hyatt, Marketing Director and licensed REALTOR®, moved to Colorado from Virginia in 2009 and has a communications, journalism and marketing background, along with a passion for helping people. As the VP of Client Care at a digital marketing firm in Denver, she learned how to juggle multiple complex projects while exceeding clients’ expectations. Liz combines her love of wine and real estate by pairing people with the perfect house. Liz lives with her husband and two teenage children, Hannah and John Ryan, and their Golden Retriever Charlie, in Centennial. When they are not enjoying the suburban lifestyle (a.k.a doing yard work and going to the neighborhood pool) they love to travel to places with beaches and theme parks.
